Information about the 458 Italia
Since the quality decides with Capristo, this exhaust system is manufactured from heat-resistant 1,4828 high-grade steel. This high-quality material gives the Capristo system a long service life. The exhaust systems are manufactured exclusively by hand in a WIG welding process. The systems are then polished to a high gloss. A quality control completes the manufacturing process.
The manifold also fits on the original connections and can easily be exchanged for the original parts.
It can also be entered with the valid part certificate. (!Explicitly not without the heat protection)
The cat replacement tubes simply replace the original catalyst.
In any case the engine control unit must be reprogrammed, because the engine control lamp will light up.
If you need a flange to build a manifold yourself, you can also purchase it separately. The manifold flange is CNC designed and has the same air ducts as the original flange. The connection diameter of the tubes is 50mm (5mm more than original).
Matching the optical and technical demand, you bring your Ferrari with this flap exhaust system to an invaluable acoustic sound.
We at Capristo offer you TÜV-approved lightweight spacers with optimally adapted shape to the existing rim contour.
The spacers are made of high-strength aluminium 7075 T6. This has the considerable advantage that Capristo spacers can be built much lighter than normal spacers.
With the help of a CNC-controlled machine, the spacers are now optimally adapted to the rim shape and milled.
They are then anodised to protect the surface.
At the front wheel the widening is 14 mm. At the rear axle the widening is 17 mm.
Both types have a central centering and are delivered with longer titanium wheel bolts.
The combination of the titanium wheel bolts and the optimally adapted spacers means that the complete set, consisting of 4 spacers and 20 titanium bolts, weighs up to three kilograms less than a standard set of spacers.
